When you join you are commiting to one weekly performance coaching session, one group training session/group discussion every Thursday morning, three at home workouts each week, and a 5 minute daily ritual make it easy to stay consistent without rearranging your entire life.

Good news, this program was literally designed for men who feel that way. You start at a true beginner level, with joint-friendly training and five clear progression levels, so you never feel behind or out of place.
